Material preparation:
Wooden board: Choose a 50*70 multi-layer board, preferably a multi-layer board, which is stronger. If possible, round the four corners.
Wheels: Prepare four wheels. It is recommended to use four-inch heavy-duty rubber wheels, which are quiet.
Bolts and nuts: Choose threaded bolts and self-tightening nuts, which are easier to fix and stable.
Handle: Buy stainless steel spring handles for use when you need to pull.
Strap: Choose a strong strap and prepare two six-hole flat sheets. Squeeze the strap through the screws to prevent de-threading.
Production process:
Making the frame: Put the split wood on the assembled frame, determine the length, and then find a large wooden board. Use the hatchet in your hand to cut off the corners on the four sides of the wooden board to form a round wooden board.
Wrap the tire skin: Wrap a circle of tire skin on the round wooden board and fix it with nails. Adjust the shape of the wooden board according to the width of the tire skin to form a gyroscope shape, thick in the middle and thin on the edges.
Install the wheels: Nail a steel nail in the center of the round wooden board and install the rear wheel. Put the front plug wood on the ground, nail two U-shaped iron nails, and then insert a steel bar to assemble it for direction control.
Install the handle and seat: Nail a piece of wood as the faucet handle at the upper end of the front plug, and cross-fix the front wheel with two iron nails. Make the seat with two wooden boards and install the front wheel.
Detail adjustment: Make sure all joints are firm, and the position data of the wheel is 7 front and 7 left and right, so that the multi-layer board is fine.
