Production process of flatbed trolley plastic board
1. Selection and preparation of raw materials
The main materials of trolley plastic board are polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). These two materials have good impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength.
Before production, the raw materials need to be screened, cleaned and cut to ensure the purity and processing performance of the raw materials.
2. Batching
Add the prepared raw materials to the mixer for stirring and mixing to obtain a uniform mixture.
In this process, some additives such as plasticizers, antioxidants and color powder can be added according to the specific requirements of the trolley plastic board to improve the physical properties and appearance of the trolley plastic board.
3. Extrusion
Extrude the mixed plastic material through an extruder to obtain the basic form of the trolley plastic board.
The principle of the extruder is to pass the mixture through a mold to deform it into a product of the desired shape. The plastic material begins to deform through the heating and extrusion pressure of the extruder, and after being molded, trolley plastic boards of different shapes are formed.
4. Cooling
The extruded trolley plastic sheet needs to be cooled to better maintain its shape and physical properties.
During the cooling process, the trolley plastic sheet is usually placed on a cooling table and quickly cooled by cold air or cold water to achieve the desired effect.
5. Cutting and punching
After cooling, the trolley plastic sheet can be cut and punched.
According to needs, the trolley plastic sheet can be cut into various sizes and shapes to adapt to different trolley types and usage environments.
At the same time, the trolley plastic sheet also needs to be punched to adapt to the installation and use of other parts of the trolley.
